Asterisk Vendor Infradapt to Conduct VoIP Training Seminar at ATSI Pittsburgh

Asterisk (News - Alert) vendor Infradapt is participating in the 2009 Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) Convention in Pittsburgh and will have executives on hand to discuss the open source phone system space.

Infradapt is a provider comprehensive technology consulting and outsourcing solutions for businesses in a variety of industries. From fully-managed technology support to advanced VoIP implementation and regulatory compliance assessments, Infradapt is focused on being an adaptive infrastructure company.

Corey McFadden, managing partner at Infradapt, will be presenting "Asterisk: Tomorrow's Phone System", an educational seminar on June 17 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm in the Weston Convention Center's Washington Room.

As McFadden pointed out here in an interview at the 2009 IT EXPO with TMCnet Managing Editor Erik Linask (News - Alert), Infradapt has focused on helping organizations reduce costs and improve customer retention by implementing contact center technologies. Among the methodologies used in solving these issues, says McFadden, is identifying hidden “contact centers” within organizations and implementing call center analytics and quality assurance technologies.

“Our mission is to deliver freedom from restrictive or unreliable technologies and improve our clients' focus on their core business,” said McFadden. “The Infradapt philosophy is that by serving our clients with integrity and innovation, we serve ourselves.”

In addition, the company concentrates on adding quality monitoring and call recording solutions and educating comapnies on telecommunications costs.

The ATSI's 65th annual convention and expo will be held from June 17 to June 20 at the Weston Convention Center, 1000 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA.

As a Digium (News - Alert) Select Reseller, Infradapt will offer in-depth perspective on Asterisk, the open-source PBX to attendees. The seminar highlights will include:

  • Who is Infradapt?
  • What is Asterisk?
  • Open Architecture/Open Source
  • Asterisk within a TAS Environment
  • Lower Cost with Flexibility
  • Advanced Features/Integration/TASterix
