Presence Technology to Demo at AstriCon 2009

Presence Technology, a provider of computer telephony integration or CTI (News - Alert) software solutions, will take part in the AstriCon, the open source technology conference and exhibition to be held from Oct. 13 – 15 in Glendale, Arizona.

 

AstriCon is the conference for the wildly popular Asterisk PBX (News - Alert) and telephony platform.

 

Presence Technology will showcase the latest developments in its All-in-one suite, based on the “Elastic Call Center” concept. The suite is said to offer a series of software solutions for managing customer service center operations.

 

Moreover, the company has also announced a special free business consulting offer for the Astricon attendees. The company will offer a free trial of its consulting services to show the opportunities to increase the efficiency in the contact center and improve the quality of the service.

 

Jose Luis Castaños, Presence Technology’s (News - Alert) founder and executive vice president of Business Development, will participate in the conference on October 14th addressing the crowd in detail about “Contact Center: how to reduce costs using Asterisk (News - Alert) as an Open all in one."

 

AstriCon is addressed to developers, final consumers and distributors. This show is said to include several conferences, seminars and workshops related to the Asterisk world.

 

This year’s conference will also include celebrations towards the 10th anniversary of Asterisk's release as an open source project.
