Alert) Office Excel files in the .xls format, Wi-Fi file transfer to and from a desktop (Mac and PC), and the ability to access and synchronize with Apple (

Alert) MobileMe accounts.
Paul Moreton, vice president of product management at Quickoffice, said: “We are very pleased to launch MobileFiles Pro, the first iPhone application with the ability to access and view almost any file including iWork files, plus Excel editing and saving directly on the iPhone.”

MobileFiles Pro offers a range of .xls editing features. The application supports more than 125 functions. In addition, it offers varied formatting options such as a greater choice in font style and cell color. Also, users can insert and resize rows and columns, easily switch between sheets in a workbook, revise inputs and recalculate and undo/redo changes
The MobileMe iDisk account access makes it convenient for the users to transfer files from any desktop to an iPhone and vice versa using the new Wi-Fi feature. Not only can MobileFiles Pro users remotely access MobileMe iDisk files, they can also change and upload new files to iDisk. Local passcode protection of the application ensures complete security.
MobileFiles Pro can be purchased from the Productivity section of the Apple Store for $9.99.
