Concept Wave Software said that HP has integrated the ConceptWave Order Care suite of solutions as a component of its next generation operation support system (NGOSS) Service Fulfilment offering.
HP NGOSS Service Fulfilment is a multi-service, multi-technology solution that addresses provider fulfilment processes for both high-volume and customized business services. In addition, HP NGOSS Service Fulfilment also integrates with service and resource inventory.
The combined solution of HP and ConceptWave automates processes such as order management and fulfilment. For service provides, the integrated solution is expected to bridge the gap between front-office and back-office billing and operational support systems (B (

Using the solution, customers will be able to manage the third-party catalog data through web services, data synchronization and data migration, according to company officials.
With the addition of ConceptWave capabilities into the HP NGOSS Service Fulfilment solution customers can provide new services even “faster” and “cost-effectively”, according to Keith Bergeron, director for OSS Solutions at HP.
ConceptWave Order Care runs HP Integrity platforms with the HP-UX operating system. It also supports service oriented architecture (SOA)-enabled environments.
A configurable order handling and product management platform, ConceptWave Order Care supports end-to-end flow-through order capture, order management and product lifecycle management via a product catalog. Officials said that the product catalog is fully-integrated with J2EE/SOA and NGOSS product platform.
This collaboration with HP is expected to allow ConceptWave to expand its footprint both geographically and within existing HP accounts. Moreover, the customers of HP can provision and manage delivery platform with ConceptWave’s template-based, meta-data driven solutions designed to support telecommunications products and services.
Recently, the companies signed a reseller agreement. The agreement allows HP to resell, distribute and implement ConceptWave order management solutions.
HP said that it has equipped its worldwide solution centers in North America, Europe and Asia with the capability to provide ConceptWave Order Care demonstrations.
