pYzam.com Marks 15 Million MySpace Layouts

pYzam.com reportedly has passed the 15 million mark for distribution of MySpace (News - Alert) layouts worldwide.

pYzam.com, a unit of Tree Room, LLC, provides specialized content for social networks. Company officials say pYzam.com offers original graphics, layouts and tools to be used in social networks such as MySpace, Hi5, Blogger, Friendster and Facebook (News - Alert). The company distributes more than 80,000 layouts, graphics and flash toys to more than 7 million monthly visitors daily.

According to Robert Nelson, the co-creator of the site, “We have always believed in offering a quality, unique product that we ourselves would want to use. Reaching the 15 million mark shows us that our users appreciate our approach. They know we’re committed to a new and distinctive user experience every single day, and that we always have the content they are looking for.”

pYzam.com was first launched in October, 2006, as a free resource for network users to acquire quality content for their profiles. Since then pYzam has been committed to the same goal while distributing free MySpace layouts and custom flash toys to its daily users. Content is updated on a daily basis, because users rely on pYzam for content relating to seasonal, social and media events.

Jason Moore, the president and co-creator of pYzam, said, “With the way social networks are evolving, we’ve learned to rely heavily on our user base. They drive our projects on a daily basis with thousands of requests and ideas. It has always been about the end-user at pYzam.”

The MySpace layouts of pYzam do not include user generated layouts. In-house graphic artists at pYzam individually create each of the 2,500 free MySpace layouts distributed.

This ensures that each layout adheres to the high-quality standard set by pYzam, according to the company.
