Digium and Asteria Solutions Group Extend Partnership

Digium, Inc., the AsteriskCompany, and Asteria Solutions Group, a developer of solutions based on the open source Asterisk (News - Alert) telephony platform, today announced the renewal of the two companies’ partnership. Asteria has been a Digium Premier Software Partner since 2007 and has contributed to Asterisk since Asteria’s founding in 2004.
 
The company provides software that works with Asterisk, including OmegaDial, the Web-based autodialer for high-volume call campaigns, and also draws upon its deep knowledge of Asterisk to create custom telephony solutions to meet unique business requirements.

Digium offers a wide range of Asterisk-based software, appliances and hardware that enable service providers, resellers, integrators and businesses to quickly implement turnkey telephony systems or, for customers who want a tailored solution, to design specialized voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
 
Asteria also provides the Assist interface for call center agents and INsight queue management system, Asteria’s software, combined with its consultants’ knowledge of Asterisk and telephony, Linux, customer relationship management (CRM) applications, Web development and database technology, allow the company to create custom telephony solutions for organizations of all sizes.
