Camrivox Makes Flexor CTI Available to Asterisk Community For Free

Cambridge, U.K.-based Camrivox Ltd has announced the release of Flexor CTI (News - Alert) for Outlook [Asterisk Edition]. The newest of Camrivox’s CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) software products, the Flexor CTI for Outlook is being offered free of cost to users of Asterisk (News - Alert)-based PBX telephony.
 
Camrivox specializes in CTI software for the SME market.
 
Having been deployed by over 4 million servers across the globe, Asterisk, an open source voice communications software application, is being used by enterprises and individuals alike for managing VoIP calls.
 
With the release of Camrivox’s (News - Alert) Flexor CTI, users of Asterisk-based PBX telephony will be able to enjoy additional features such as call logging, call reporting, click-to-dial, contact screen pop-ups and on-screen call control as a part of Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook.
 
Users can directly download Flexor CTI to their PCs.

The company has also adopted the PBX-centric approach which will allow it to release  Flexor Software products for the mobile workforce.
 
Flexor CTI for Outlook [Asterisk Edition] supports PBXs based on Asterisk version 1.4 and above.
 
Last month, TMCnet reported that Camrivox introduced its Flexor Account Portal to provide quick and easy download, purchase and management of licenses to its user base.
