Indosoft Launches Web Portal for Q-Suite

February 01, 2012

Indosoft (News - Alert) Inc recently announced the release of the product web portal for Q-Suite. The web portal has been designed to provide potential customers with relevant information about contact center software. Additionally, the portal will meet the requirements of telecom channel partners as well as CTI (News - Alert) developers by providing them with information.

In a release, Justin Traer, Director of Support Services, said, "We are pleased to be able to provide comprehensive access to assist our channel partners. Interface to the Contact Center ACD and Dialer software engine within Q-Suite is API driven, ideally suited for creating custom look and feel. This partner portal will assist in the knowledge transfer, allowing our partners to create their own brand of contact center software suite. It will also support their effort to build and append value added modules to the unified communications services platform."

Asterisk (News - Alert) telephony, which can be used across multiple vertical applications, has increased visibility and interest in the flexible and robust call controller within Q-Suite. The Call Center ACD is capable of developing complex applications for call routing, controlling and management via Asterisk. Furthermore, well developed .NET (News - Alert) and Socket API within the Q-Suite CTI library bring down the time for development of applications over the Asterisk platform. The product web portal will also offer access to SDK with source code for testing agent applications in addition to providing Web API tutorials to enable admin integration.
