Indosoft Appoints VBX Telecom Certified Reseller of its Asterisk Telephony Solution

Indosoft (News - Alert), a global provider of Asterisk based contact center solutions, recently named VBX Telecom as its certified reseller for South Africa.

VBX Telecom is a South Africa-based leading provider of customizable new generation VoIP contact center and office PBX solutions. VBX mainly caters to the small and medium businesses in the as mining, gated complexes; contact centers and the hospitality sectors. VBX caters to different environments that feature multiple branches and distributed facilities such as retailers and financial services institutions.

Chief Technology Officer at Indosoft James Terhune (News - Alert) explained that VBX Telecom’s   strong Asterisk and VoIP background will help Indosoft to cater to the emerging South African market.

“The .NET API for CTI (News - Alert) Integration within Q-Suite ACD will provide VBX Telecom customers with the ability to incorporate Asterisk telephony and contact center operation into their ERP/CRM driven customer interaction platforms,” Terhune explained in a statement.

Indosoft, is known in the industry for its Q-Suite software. Developed as a robust, feature-rich and scalable contact center ACD Software, Q-Suite offers fault tolerance against system failure through its High Availability Call Survival Architecture that ensures the survival of on-going and new calls. Based on Linux and Asterisk platforms, Q-Suite is one of the most cost effective contact center solutions available in the market.

In the recent years, there has been a sharp rise in the demands for Asterisk based call centers around the world. This growing demand has created a favorable market for Q-Suite Contact Center ACD in South Africa, Indosoft explained in a press release.

Q-Suite is available as multi-tenant software for both on-premise and hosted deployment. Leveraging such technologies as Asterisk, Linux and Apache, the solution combines the benefits of an open architecture ACD with a range of contact center functionality.

Indosoft has been successfully deploying and supporting its ACD and Dialer software suite at medium and large contact centers around the world, directly or through resellers.

Few months back, Indosoft announced the release of Workforce Management Integration module for Q-Suite. In an earlier press release, the officials with Indosoft pointed out that this release coincides with the successful integration of Q-Suite to Aspect's (News - Alert) eWorkforce Management software allowing contact center operators to obtain effective real-time and historical data feed directly from Q-Suite into the WFM software.
