June 10, 2011

Indosoft (News - Alert), a provider of contact center software and technology solutions for Asterisk, claimed that its Q-Suite contact center software for Asterisk has been deployed by Advanced Communications (News - Alert) Group (ACG), an inbound and outbound call center service provider.

Indosoft explained that Q-suite is its call center platform for Asterisk which features a fully customizable mid-tier “Q-Pump” with a sophisticated ACD and a “Trunk-tracker” capable of managing multiple telephony servers. The solution is supposedly designed for multi-tenant deployment and comes with a full-feature ACD and an efficient predictive dialer and the call center software ACD allows easy integration of chat and e-mail.

ACG acknowledged that with Q-Suite it will be able to realize an advanced Call Center ACD and Dialer for the Asterisk telephony platform. ACG now possesses a reliable, advanced VoIP platform with enhanced contact center software feature-sets to fulfill customer contact programs.

Some of the key features and benefits of the Q-Suite call center software are: multi-tenant call center software for Asterisk; ACD with Skills Based Routing and Queue Prioritization; automatic self pacing FCC compliant Predictive Dialer with Preview and Agent Ready dialing capabilities; web based Agent Screens or native Windows client using API based on .NET (News - Alert) or TCP/IP socket library; GUI based Dialplan Builder to create sophisticated IVR; lead and list management with a comprehensive CRM; advanced Script Builder tool for customizing scripts in Agent Screens and more.

ACG asserted that it was aware of the tremendous technology advantage and cost savings associated with Asterisk and was looking for a top of the line contact center software to complement Asterisk PBX. Q-Suite provides the best of both worlds; its standard features and out of the box functionality came with the ability to build and customize services using the API for CTI (News - Alert) integration, and the impressive ability of its contact center software ACD to scale with growth.

Officials with Indosoft exclaimed that an Asterisk based Call Center ACD is a game changer for any company seeking to improve performance without increasing costs. Q-Suite’s scalable architecture and its use of Asterisk telephony offer organizations, like ACG, an advanced but cost-effective IP contact center technology platform. Q-Suite on Asterisk with its ACD and Dialer functionality offers new generation capabilities to contact centers of all sizes that require the benefits of IP telephony.
